Women's Process Group

A space for women to be heard, witnessed, and understood.

This interpersonal process group is designed for women who are ready to explore the deeper patterns shaping their lives — in their relationships, their sense of self, and the way they move through the world.

Unlike structured psychoeducation groups, a process group is dynamic and relational. Members bring what’s alive for them in the moment, and the group itself becomes the therapeutic space. Guided by a skilled therapist, this is a place to practice authentic self-expression, receive honest reflection, and grow in ways that extend far beyond the group room.

This group is ideal for women working on:

• Self-worth and inner critic healing
• Relationship patterns and interpersonal boundaries
• Identity, life transitions, and finding your voice
• Loneliness, isolation, or difficulty connecting with others

Format: Weekly 90-minute sessions  |  Small group of 6–8 members

Availability: Telehealth & in-person options available

Little Roots: Social-Emotional Play Therapy Group

Supporting toddlers ages 20 months – 3 years old through the power of play

The earliest years of life are profoundly formative. Between 20 months and 3 years, children are rapidly developing their emotional vocabulary, learning to navigate big feelings, and discovering how to connect with the world around them. Little Roots offers a warm, nurturing group space that supports this critical developmental window.

Using evidence-based social-emotional play therapy techniques, our therapist guides children through structured and free play experiences that build emotional literacy, self-regulation, and early social skills — all through the language children know best: play.

Little Roots supports your child in developing:

• Emotional identification and expression (“big feelings”)
• Turn-taking, sharing, and early peer connection
• Coping skills for transitions and frustration
• Confidence and a secure sense of self
• Caregiver-child attunement and co-regulation

Caregivers are warmly welcomed to participate in caregiver integration segments.

Format: Weekly 45–60 minute sessions | Small group of 4–6 children

Availability: Caregiver participation encouraged | In-person only for this group

Referrals & Inquiries: Contact our office to learn more or to register
