Amanda Del Aguila, MS, is a Staff Therapist/Counselor who trained with us during her Master’s Program. Amanda graduated with her Master of Science degree in Clinical [Counseling] Psychology from Benedictine University this past October 2023. Amanda has worked as a psychiatric counselor in an inpatient behavioral health setting for the past 5 years, and has a wide range of experience working with many different unique individuals within the child, adolescent, and young adult populations. Amanda has also worked extensively with individuals with disabilities as a behavioral technician and as an academic assistant.
Amanda strives to provide support in areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss, and more. She is able to provide clients with the best possible treatment in a way that is customizable and that works for each unique individual and dyad. Amanda looks forward to providing a collaborative, caring relationship with clients, where each client feels supported and empowered.
Effective February 2, 2026, Authentic Growth Wellness Group will transition to Private Pay and remain in-network only with BCBS PPO & BlueChoice PPO plans. We’ll no longer be in-network with Aetna, Cigna, or UnitedHealthcare.
