Rachel came to the Chicago land area from Ohio to attend graduate school at Northwestern University. After she completed her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, she worked in hospital inpatient units then transitioned to outpatient centers providing PHP and IOP level of care. She enjoyed learning about the range of mental illnesses and has settled in private practice with a focus on perinatal care. She enjoys helping parents navigate changing identities through stages of parenthood, including helping clients who want to become parents but haven’t been able to yet. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
