Level 1 Therapists

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-Level)
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW-level)

Level 2 Therapists

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor:
    • LCPC-level, no supervision duties
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker:
    • LCSW-level, no supervision duties

Level 3 Therapists

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor:
    • LCPC-level, provide supervision to LPCs/LSWs
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker:
    • LCSW-level, provide supervision to LPCs/LSWs

Clinical Psychologist + Psychiatrist/Physician

  • PhD/PsyD (doctorate-level):
    • Looking for clinical psychologists trained in neuropsychological evaluations and assessments, and can provide supervision to LPCs and LSWs.
  • DO/MD (physician-level):
    • Looking for psychiatrists trained to work with children, adolescents, and teens; and, we are looking for a psychiatrist that prescribes to adults as well. This position would be a physician that is looking to partner with a practice as an associate – we can provide the feasibility to make this happen, and for you to be a part of a caring, collaborative team!

Effective February 2, 2026, Authentic Growth Wellness Group will transition to Private Pay and remain in-network only with BCBS PPO & BlueChoice PPO plans. We’ll no longer be in-network with Aetna, Cigna, or UnitedHealthcare.

This change helps us continue offering high-quality, accessible, and sustainable care for our clients and clinicians.
