Arielle Kalvelage

Arielle worked in college admissions for 8 years prior launching her career in clinical mental health counseling, and has assisted children, couples, and families in outpatient and crisis settings. Arielle previously worked in a variety of environments to support clients' needs in the moment, and received training as a Rainbows for All Children facilitator for grief support groups and a One Love facilitator to address relationship dynamics at college campuses. Arielle has taught a course on career planning, and has provided presentations to train professionals on addressing intimate partner violence in LGBTQIA+ communities.

Arielle takes a strength-based approach to meet clients where they are at in the counseling process, and welcomes feedback from clients regarding what will help them authentically grow and reach their goals. Life serves a lot of obstacles that can throw us off-balance, and Arielle works with her clients to achieve balance in meeting their basic needs, whilst providing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness through the therapeutic relationship.

In addition to her role as a Staff Clinical Therapist here at Authentic Growth Wellness Group, Arielle also provides supervision and guidance to the team to foster our collaborative, enriching, and supportive environment.
