Julia believes that you are the expert on yourself. Julia feels that her job is to help you discover tools and strengths that already exist within. She aims to support you in letting go of strategies and narratives that are no longer beneficial; and together, she plans to guide clients towards developing new insights, instill healthier core beliefs, and practice new skills to assist you in meeting your goals.
Building comfort and rapport within sessions is a primary importance to Julia, and she will move at a pace that is authentic to our work and your ability. Julia strives to create a warm, respectful, supportive, empathic, challenging (when needed), and non-judgmental space where you openly be yourself.

In addition, Julia is able to discuss natural options that help alleviate symptoms, promote mental health, and assist the work done in session.
