Linda Castellanos-Yanez

Starting your mental health journey can be a scary one - But it doesn't have to be done alone! If you have ever found yourself feeling stuck, Linda aims to create a warm, inviting space to help you feel grounded in your body and out of your head. Oftentimes we think something is "wrong" with us without considering how much our environment impacts how we view ourselves. Linda believes healing can happen when we have a non-judgmental space to challenge these thoughts and find new insights. She enjoys building rapport through humor and authenticity so you can feel comfortable being yourself!
